In 2019, she founded memoryKPR, a platform that uses storytelling to bring people together and preserve the stories that matter most.

As one of our Regina 25 Mentor award recipients, Doug founded McNair Business Development Inc., where he spent nearly 30 years helping organizations navigate growth and change. Along the way, he led more than 1,000 projects and mentored hundreds of leaders across Saskatchewan.
